Commercial Leasing
This week let's set the intention to get things done, and move forward.
The items we are meant to move forward, can be little or small.
The main objective is just to move forward.
In our minds and our efforts to become the person we want to be.
Take your time and move forward, inch by inch, mile by mile.

Imposter Syndrome has become the collective buzzword that has connected so many of us - into acknowledging the very REAL fear of our own insecurities.
Imposter Syndrome in Real Estate is a whole 'nother thing.
Real Estate is such a tough industry.
The amount of individuals working in Real Estate and dealing with Imposter Syndrome is out the ROOF!!!
Imposter Syndrome:
"This psychological phenomenon, known as imposter syndrome, reflects a belief that you’re an inadequate and incompetent failure despite evidence that indicates you’re skilled and quite successful."
From newbies recently getting their Real Estate Licenses to seasoned career professionals pivoting into Real Estate.
Imposter Syndrome is real and it can be socially, emotionally, and mentally crippling.
Bosses, Brokers, Investors, Entrepreneurs, Developers, and big time players in Real Estate experience Imposter Syndrome.
Deals get shaken up, Escrows fall through, Clients retract and other explosives events that cause second guessing and feelings of:
" I must really not have myself together
" I guess I didn't know what I thought I knew"
" I can't get things right "
" Why would they listen to me"
" What do I have to offer"
That type of thinking that demolish building materials of your greatness!
THESE ARE THE FACTS:
Learning about Real Estate - especially Commercial Real Estate can be daunting.
There is so much to Learn.
Even if you are a seasoned realtor coming into Commercial Real Estate is a different game.
The rules, the plays, the balls, the fouls, the passes, the throws, the catches.... it's all different.
Commercial Real Estate is Tough, but You are Tougher.
What we are not going to do: IMPOSTER SYNDROME
What we will not do IS
What we will not do: Imposter Syndrome
What we will not do is pretend we haven't come through enough of life to share and help others.
If we can get to the place of "Feeling Aligned"
with simple phrases that feel neutral to feeling good
" I did pass my real estate exam"
" I was able to study and retain knowledge"
" I have desire to help others with their real estate needs"
" I know real estate is tough and I am tougher, the evidence of that is my having my license hung, and being able to being helping others"

SMALL THINGS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
Collectively the phrase Imposter Syndrome has created a thread throughout humanity where these words can be spoken to a colleague or group of peers, and those words incite encouragement.
Those words incite (usually) immediate understanding, empathy or sympathy.
Syndrome has nothing to do with Low Self Esteem.
Could it be that :You really are that wonderful, and is that so terrible?
It is time to rewire your brain.
Isn't it nice not to have a fear of being bullied or seen as weak for bringing this up?
DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW
It is all about balance.
Knowing the difference between Imposter Syndrome, and truly not knowing what you are speaking about or doing are two different things.
Sometimes, it does not matter how much life experience one may have.
One must have guidance and mentors, in working with Real Estate Deals.
One must understand the Difference of residential and commercial real estate, and not speak on aspects they do not know about.
Seek advice from those that you trust to give you feedback.
Sometimes you do need to be quiet instead of saying " something"
