Taking time to read what's going in your market not only gives you confidence it gives you talking points. Use these talking points as an excuse to engage with your future clients.
POINT OF VIEW
Knowing what is coming and going in your market allows you to forecast and be ahead of the curve. If you know a certain retail business is closing, well you also now know of an empty space that needs to be filled.
WHAT REMAINS THE SAME
Businesses will close and open.
